At Pretty Lavish, we want you to love your purchase, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are unworn, in their original condition, and have all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

  Generate Shipping Label

  Choose your preferred courier method through the portal to download and print your prepaid return shipping label.

  Drop Off and Track

  Take your parcel to the nearest drop-off point and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.
